Booking and Cancellation Policy

To best meet your requirements, bookings should be made well in advance. After receiving your deposit, your reservation is automatically confirmed without any further written notice. The remaining amount must be paid either on arrival or departure by credit card or in cash (Thai Baht, Euro or Swiss Francs).

Please pay your deposit as soon as possible, as we only can hold your reservation for between 2 and 10 days, depending on the season and booking situation. All Last Minute and Special Offers have to be paid in full in advance.

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation on your part, the following rules apply:

30 days or more before arrival: deposit refunded minus a charge of Euro 120.
30 days or less before arrival: deposit forfeited.
Days lost through late arrival or early departure cannot be refunded.
If without prior notice you arrive more than 2 days after your booked date, we have the right to resell the room you booked.
