On your arrival day we aim to prepare your room as early as possible but latest at 2.00 pm.
We will be grateful to welcome you already at Phuket Airport. If you wish to use our hotel transfer service, we need your complete arrival details like departing and arriving airport, airline, flight number and arrival time. The service fee will be THB 1.800 per way. The driving time will be approximately 70 minutes, the beautiful variety of the surrounding nature will kill driving time quickly. So the next arriving guest can start their well earned holiday in a relaxed way we want to ask you to check out from your room latest at 11 am. If your room is available of course you can stay until your departure and enjoy the last hours of your holiday a little extra charge.

| Cancellation prior 30 days of arrival we will refund your payment minus a service and transaction charge of 120 EUR. Cancellation within less than 30 days prior arrival are not refundable. Late arrival or early departure are not refundable. Early Bird, Long Stay or any other Promotion, discounted rates and reduced offers are not refundable. If you are not shwoing within 2 days starting with booked arrival date without any notification , we keep the right to candel your reservation and book the room otherwise. |
